Ballet Video!

I borrowed this from one of the other ballet moms who was more on top of uploading her video than I have been! Thanks, Ashley :)

Molly is on the far right end, and the video shows both routines (Cinderelly, Cinderelly and Bippity, Boppity, Boo from Cinderella!) Enjoy!

Tiny Dancer

When I signed Molly up for dancing class last fall, I thought it would be such a joy to see her dance on stage, but I also worried we may not make it to that point. She had her ups and downs and didn't love dancing class from the start, but she seems to have really taken to it in the past year. That third class where she and I left 15 minutes in, both in tears, seems a vague memory as I look at the pictures of my little ballerina on stage, all dolled up, and dancing with her friends.

Congratulations, tiny dancer! May your toes keep tapping so long as you want them to. Momma will be there every beat of the way.

Family Time at the Zoo

Recently we spent the day at the Houston Zoo with Granny, Papa, Emily, and Nanny.

The girls loved being outside in the beautiful weather and visiting the animals.

We spent time in the new African Forest exhibit, even dining alongside the giraffes and getting a chance to feed them!

And, of course, we rode the carousel...

I see many more zoo trips in our future this summer!

Model Babies

Recently Ella got to model some more headbands for Lerin Photography. And this time, big sister Molly got to come along and do some modeling shots of her own. Here are a few of the photos Lerin shared on Facebook of my two little beauties.

Dream Big, Little Girls

Cuddles in big sister's bed before night night. These are the moments that make my life complete. Love you, girls. Sweet, sweet dreams forever.

Meal Time!

We got the okay to try some rice cereal at Ella's 4 month appointment yesterday. So tonight, she had her first spoon fed meal.

And here are her latest stats...

Weight: 15 lbs

Height: 25 1/4 inches

She is sitting pretty in the 75th percentile for both height and weight and the doctor said she's looking perfect and developing right on schedule. Oh, and to not allow her older sister to outshine her, she rolled over at her 4 month doctor's appointment just as Molly did. Made this mama smiley and nostalgic for sure.

Pure Joy!

Let's go Fly a Kite!

The wind here is crazy! So, being the ever-optimist that I am, we headed out this morning to purchase Molly her first ever kite to take advantage of the wind. She had a blast flying her kite!
